These exciting workshops in unique locations enable you to really indulge your creative spirit with diverse subjects and stunning scenery to inspire the artist in you!
Two regular classes are tutored every Thursday in my studio in Canning Vale.
Classes are 9.30 am-12 noon and one from 1.00 pm till 3.30 pm.
Plenty of shady parking adjacent at Campbell Road Primary School.

JANUARY-I have run the Triple Treat Workshop , a 3 day event in my studio every year for 11 years and it is still going strong!
FEBRUARY-The Albany workshop is a 4 night art adventure in the cool, green south west of Western Australia, Albany always delights with balmy days, fabulous views across the harbour from our venue and no end of painting possibilities!

JULY- The Kimberleys has always fascinated me so off I go every July!!
Based at Digger's Rest, you get to experience life at this working cattle station, in the the Kimberleys region, next to the famed El Questro Station, far noth west of Western Australia. We have so much to see here it almost sensory overload! Dusty cattle men and women, mustering the cattle....sometimes with a chopper, we see hundreds of different types of birds, lagoons filled with white and purple waterlillies, crocs ( er...not the shoe variety) and then there are the vast plains and the magnificent Cockburn Ranges! SEPTEMBER - I have been invited to tutor two workshops 18th- 22nd September 2025 in beautiful, tropical Cairns during the Australian Watercolour Muster. This is an event that has a stunning exhibition, exciting workshops, demonstrations from Australian and International artists. Watch this space for more!!
NOVEMBER 13-17 th 2025- Albany - Such a gorgeous town to visit, Alabany is a real favourite and in 2025 we will be there twice....it is such a lovely spot!

Discover the delights of Hobart, the markets, galleries and the wharves....just artistic heaven! We will then travel up the East Coast to Freycinet National Park, inland to Brickendon Estate and historic and 'oh so interesting' Richmond.
Jude will enable you to take your work to the next level using new perspectives and ideas in watercolour while immersed in stunning surroundings, she will encourage you to develop and strenghthen your own unique style of artworks.

Albany Holbein Watercolour Workshop 20-24th February 2025
NEW!
Held at historic Camp Quaranup, a restored quarantine station from days gone by, the venue has been a hit with artists for the past two years and is going to be held again in 2025!
This perfect workshop location is in a setting that looks back across Princess Royal Harbour to Albany townsite, overlooking beaches with squeaky sand and turquoise waters. You will be spoilt for painting subjects with orange lichen covered rocks, an old rusty whaling boat, little jetties, local flora and fauna.
This tour is organised by the delightful Rachel Dillon from On The Verandah Creative Adventures who has had more than 10 years of creating artistic retreats in unique and fascinating venues around Australia.
This workshop is a mixture of plein air and studio based painting covering diverse subjects, lots and tips, techniques and secrets Jude will share with you in watercolour, drawing and more!
This is the best time to visit Albany, it will be a cool respite from Perth heat and schools are back. Stay a few extra days and enjoy this gorgeous part of Western Australia.

Ever wanted to visit the vast and rugged Kimberleysbut cannot get there and don't want to travel by yourself? This tour is organised by the delightful Rachel Dillon from On The Verandah Creative Adventures who has had more than 10 years of creating artistic retreats in unique and fascinating venues around Australia.
Take the stress out of travelling alone and join our group of enthusiastic like minded artists, make new friends and see the vast rugged ranges, wide and open grasslands, billabongs with gorgeous waterlillies and marshes. See the many types of birds and stunning boab trees!
Dusty horsemen hard at work mustering, we might even spot a croc and pull in a barramundi........and then of course we get to draw, sketch and paint all of the above in a leisurely manner, a combination of plein air and painting in our, fill those sketchbooks!
Stay on a few days extra and explore all the Kimberleys have to offer, Lake Argyle,
the Ord River with it's magnificent waterways, birdlife and stunning scenery and so much more!
